Job Description:

Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 / 11i Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).

  • Minimum 1 Implementations in ASCP (11i or R12) and post go-live production support.
  • Good understanding of basic supply chain modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, BOM & WIP.
  • Implementation and Upgrade experience on Oracle ASCP.
  • Working experience on ASCP Setups – Planning Parameters, Demand Management. Forecasting, Scheduling and Planning Priorities.
  • Hands-on experience on Oracle EBS to ASCP linking and ensuring proper data flow between APS and OLTP and Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning of ASCP Requests.
  • Understand existing Planning Customizations used in business process and remediation/testing requirement for the components during the Upgrade Process
  • R12 Implementation and Upgrade Experience
  • Troubleshoot Data flow between APS and OLTP and good knowledge of planning processes. MRP, MPS, Forecasting etc.

Working Knowledge on VCP modules like Demantra, Rapid Planning, Collaborative Planning and inventory optimization.

Should be able to drive projects & design solution for various industries.

  • Sound SQL/PL/SQL knowledge.
  • Strong client interfacing, communication & presentation skills
  • Must have strong R12 Oracle ASCP architecture and functional knowledge.
  • Implementation experience for a large discrete, multi-plant manufacturing company is mandatory
  • Knowlegde on Oracle Advanced Planning Command Centre (APCC) & Production scheduling in addition GOP, constraint based planning
