Precoa, an US-based preneed company is now live with Oracle Financials Cloud modules. Trinamix completed the implementation of Oracle Financials, Planning and Budgeting, Expenses Cloud (PBCS) modules.
Earlier, Precoa was using accounting software and all the budgeting and tracking was Excel dependent. Additionally, in-house CRM had most of the commission information, which was manually extracted and accounted in the accounting software. The manual intervention on the multiple stages of the budgeting process resulted in data redundancy.
With the Oracle Financials Cloud implementation, Precoa overcomes challenges and eliminate manual spreadsheets to manage complex commissions. The integrated financial solution supports the scalability and is now being ready for other functional capabilities (HCM for example).
